This striking fused glass slumper dish was inspired by tartan design. It can be functional and used to serve nibbles, biscuits etc. However, due to its distinctive and handcrafted design, it makes a beautiful decorative gift.
Like most of my glass pieces, I have used contrasting transparent and opaque glass to allow for interesting light effects.
As this is a handmade item, it is recommended to handwash it.
Each item is inspired by colour, pattern and light and individually created from my studio in Altrincham, south of Manchester, UK.
